Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") - 14 October 2008

The Company announced that it is ahead of its AGM held 14 October 2008, Resolution 9 which proposed the adoption of new articles of association was withdrawn and not put to a vote of shareholders. At the AGM, all other resolutions were duly passed.
