Supporta Care provide general and specialist homecare and home support packages to 4000 people weekly across the UK. You can trust Supporta Care as one of the UK's top four providers. More than 350 000 visits are carried out by our dedicated Care Workers.
We provide Home Care Services to the public sector and we also have some private clients. When you add up the facts, Supporta is now in the UK’s top five providers of home care services.
Our approach
It may seem obvious, but care is all about people. That’s why we’ve been Investors in People since 1997.
After all, our business is to provide high quality support services to Local Authorities and other providers of Social Care. And that means making sure our people are the best they can be.
We also have a well-established quality policy which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2000.
Partnership - beyond the clichés
Most of all, what defines Supporta is our partnership ethos – not merely something we pay lip-service to, but something that sits at the core of our business. For example, we work with local authorities to jointly assess service users needs, including equipment requirements and the quality of our service provision.
We’re at the forefront of specialist home care services, including our bathing service where we are carrying out low level equipment assessments on behalf of occupational therapists. We also manage specific enablement contracts which are outcome focused and centred around rehabilitation of the service user.
Home care
The main part of this service is our flexible home care service, built around the precise needs of each service user – and allowing them to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.
Health and social care
We also have a London-based health and social care employment agency. We provide health and social care staff across every grade and discipline, working in partnership with authorities and private and voluntary organisations across London, to cover everything from ad-hoc shifts to long-term cover.

Supporta Care is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection and the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care and is also a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
